Chestermere is adjacent to the City of Calgary to the east, it is closer and faster to Calgary downtown than some of the residential areas within Calgary.

Three bedrooms are on this level. Two of the bedrooms are 12.8‘x11.6‘ (carpet) each and there is a full bathroom (6.7x5 linoleum) for these two bedrooms. Access to the master suite is through a double French door, rain glass inserts. The in-floor heating is really noticeable for this level. Generally the floor at the lower level in a home is cold; this is not the case here. There are also concealed ceiling fire sprinklers for additional safety.

The bedroom is 12.3‘x13.6‘ (diagonal laminated oak wood floor), the kitchen area is 10.4‘x8.8‘ with upper and lower cabinetry, built-in microwave and it is plumbed-in for a sink; electrical wiring is in place for an oven and or cooktop.
